Position : Digital Client Services Manager

To maintain and manage all Client expectations and requirements within portfolio. To maintain and grow existing revenue and ensure excellent customer service is delivered timeously. To keep abreast with all industry trends and pitch new and creative ideas to client and generate additional revenue. Strong focus of managing outputs aligned to SLA.


  • 3 to 5 years relevant exp. within a digital agency.
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge on various digital products and offerings i.e. Search, Paid/Organic Social Media, Production, Design, Strat, Digital advertising and marketing.
  • Qualification in digital / marketing and/or sales.
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Exp. in client services
  • Deadline driven
  • Ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Self-motivated
  • Abreast with industry trends, able to research client brands and provide innovative ideas.
  • Must have own vehicle.
