Bidvest Waltons is about more than just stationery, and when the ongoing bouts of high-level load-shedding hit South Africa, Bidvest Waltons used highly targeted Google Shopping Ads to sell inverters on waltons.co.za.
OUR STRATEGY & EXECUTION
CBR Marketing took advantage of the increased search interest trends and website traffic for inverters from Waltons and used a combination of Google Search, Shopping and Meta advertising to garner high revenue from a very low ad-spend budget during a period of decreased competitor activity.
RESULTS
In March 2022, our campaign for inverters generated a return on ad spend of R57.10, as well as R176,148.49 in revenue from a spend of just R3,119.68. This was an excellent result for such a low investment and represented 20% of all paid media revenue for waltons.co.za.
