Wunderlust | Brand Awareness Campaign
THE OPPORTUNITY
Wunderlust is a new online platform that allows users to search for and purchase flight tickets and then pay them off over three or six months. This means they can buy tickets in advance at a lower cost and therefore have more money to spend on their trips.
OUR STRATEGY & EXECUTION
CBR Marketing created a campaign with the tagline, “Find the Excuse, We’ll Fund the Ticket”, with multiple creative executions based on a user’s website search behaviour. With social media marketing and Google Ads to drive website traffic and brand awareness from February 2021, this created a list for remarketing, which targeted users to generate online sales. As a start-up business, it was critical for Wunderlust’s marketing to yield revenue in ticket sales, which was achieved through highly targeted Facebook campaigns.
RESULTS
Highly targeted remarketing lists led to an incredible 4,405% return on ad spend from three campaigns. With a spend of R1,327.58, our Facebook campaigns generated 127 newsletter sign-ups, 17 ticket sales and R58,485.98 in revenue.
